Orlando 113, Toronto 90: Dwight Howard tallied 29-14 and Mickael Pietrus added 22 off the bench as the Magic - best road record in the NBA - picked up where they left off after destroying the Magic Thursday. Toronto is a horrid mess, and at 19-30, has the 3rd worst record in the East.
Minnesota 101, Boston 109: Without KG anchoring the middle (flu), Al Jefferson dominated with 34-11, but Paul Pierce scored 36 and All-Star snub Ray Allen added 22 as the Celtics opened up a big lead in the first half and coasted.
Cleveland 90, Detroit 80: How far have the mighty Pistons fallen? Detroit dropped its ninth in 12 games, but this one at home stung badly - because it got outscored 32-14 in the fourth quarter. LeBron had 33, but Mo Williams (22 points) and Daniel Gibson led the instrumental final quarter charge. Detroit is tied for 5th in the East and offense seems to be the issue (4th worst scoring team in the league).
Oklahoma City 118, Sacramento 122, OT: We’re still waiting for Jeff Green’s incredible put-back to be uploaded to the net - he pushed the game into OT by missing a free throw and then in one motion getting his own rebound and scoring. Kevin Martin had a game-high 37 for the Kings, who snapped an 8-game skid. Thunder rookie Russell Westbrook had a career-high 34; Durant added 33.
